Party Time X 2!!!

Not a whole lot of people know what it's like to share a birthday. I do! Lilee Ann and Easton's birthdays are three days apart so we decided to "party hardy" this year! All the kids had a blast.

A little princess and a little SMASH!...

HULK SMASH!!!

This little guy was counting down the days and was jumping before the party even started. He just couldn't wait!

Someone else couldn't wait on the cake.

Birthday girl turning the BIG 7!

E was so excited to FINALLY be 4!

Sissy's not sure about all these people in one little room...she's just soakin' it all in.

What is it with this boy and BIG hands?!?!

From SMASHIN' TO RECKIN'!!!

I know what you're trying to do Daddy...sneak in some lovins while nobody's looking.

Is Ralph down for the count?!?!

NO WAY MAN!!!

I love to see my baby boy have fun!

This little booger was ALL IN...right up there with the big kids!

Charlee's birthday is next on the list. E wants to know if she can have her party here too?!?! :)

dear easton,

in less than two weeks you'll be FOUR. four years old! i'm understanding more and more what it means when people say, "they grow up way too fast." i wanted to share your birth story + of course all the things i love about you. mommy's pregnancy with you was not very fun at all! after being sick pretty much every day for almost 9 months + more doctor visits then I could count + in and out of the hospital...trying my hardest with the help of medicine + God...to keep you in my belly for just one more day.

we went in one week too early and thought we were going to get to meet you, but the doctor made us go home and wait a whole week more. that was TORTURE! can you believe i didn't even get to see you the second you were born and neither did daddy. daddy only had to wait a few minutes, but i had to wait almost two whole hours. thank goodness i was asleep! i won't lie...your mommy was scared, but you know how i tell you that Jesus is always with us no matter where we're at or what we're doing? he didn't leave my side that day. he took all of mommy's fear away + kept my baby boy safe. i am so thankful for that!

even though it was difficult at times...i would NEVER complain because the moment i saw your fuzzy little face...all of those unpleasant memories completely disappeared. WOW! what an amazing gift from the good Lord above. easton, you made me a mommy! do you know how special that is? you completely changed mine + your daddy's world. you have brought us more joy then we have ever known before. you are my sweet, smart + sensitive boy. you are an observer + a good listener. you are very loving + VERY particular (down to analyzing your long sleeves to make sure they are even when i roll them up). you don't like long pants AT ALL because they touch the tops of your feet. you can be so silly and funny. you make all of us smile.

you are totally ready for pre-school, but to be completely honest, the thoughts of taking my little man and dropping him off brings tears to my eyes. you are one precious boy with one amazing HUGE heart. my first goal as your mommy is to make sure you know about Jesus and why we are all here. another goal i have is to make sure you are confident in yourself + who you are in Christ. you can wear the same brand clothes as everyone else + carry the same book bag as everyone else...as long as your heart is different. people see your heart by the way you act and the way you talk. i am so thankful i had a mommy who ALWAYS encouraged me and NEVER put me down. i want to do the same with you. i pray that people will see Jesus in you and that NOTHING will hinder you from being the man of God he's called you to be.

you are the best big brother + the perfect son. we love you more than all the words...in all the books...in the whole entire world. i am one blessed mommy to have you as my little boy!

love mommy

Happy 4th Birthday!!!

hes's starting to get angry...can you tell?

uh oh...on the verge of crying...i think he's really done

one more...and...perfect!

2 + 30!!!

This week was a BIG birthday week. I got to celebrate two people that mean the world to me and I could NOT live without! We also want to wish Papa Bob a Happy Happy Birthday! We love you and miss you more then you know. Our little Valentine had a blast at her party. Thank you to family and friends for all you did!!! It makes me sad that my little firecracker...for some reason...fizzles out around a group of people. I love this little booger's personality...she cracks me up!

Black and white...with a little touch of peach.

Our big girl is showing a lot of interest in the potty...hope it sticks!

Lovin' her gifts...literally.

This is exactly why her second name is no longer Neenee, but Goof Ball...

and don't think for one minute that "So Serious E" can't be silly too!

+ one in the oven

Guess who won the look-a-like contest?!?!

Here it is...my favorite pic from the whole day. LOL!
We are missing two special kiddos! Ri and K...wish you were here!!!

Moving on to my baby that turned the "BIG 30!!!" I love to see this man smile...but I love his insides even more! LOL By that I mean...who he is inside...his heart (Not to mention...he's pretty dag-on cute). I am so thankful for him in so many ways. I feel so blessed that God made only one of him and he's ALL MINE!

Pretty good picture if it wasn't for that left lip bulging out! I said, "honey, can you not take that out just for the picture?" He said, "nope...it's a fresh one." OH WELL...what can ya do?

OH HAPPY DAY!

Polar Express 2012

What a fun experience! The kids had a blast and it was great to get to share it with Cuz Liv, Aunt Missy and J-Dog. I would have gotten a lot more pictures, but Little Miss Sissy hung onto my hip like a monkey the whole entire time. Didn't know at the time that it was only the first day of sickness that would last for what seemed like FOREVER! Oh well...thankful she's better now.

It took a few hours to get there so the kids got to rest on the way. I think it's so cute when these little ones have no idea where we're going or what we're about to do, but they're excited anyways. E had just woke up and we were almost there.

Once everyone loaded  the train...there were cookies there waiting on us and a little later on we were served some "delicious" cold chocolate. Haha! Ok...it wasn't cold...maybe barely warm. Everyone got to take their mug home.

A little acting...a little singing and dancing...

waiting on the man of the hour.

There he is! Hmmm...I thought it might take a little longer to get to the North Pole.

Precious footage!...

and a little girl...wide eyed and bushy tailed (with her football passy and Minnie Mouse jammies).

Can't remember what they were doing here...but all that matters is they were having fun.

Easton does NOT have dandruff!!! I think it was his favorite part of the night...magic snow from the North Pole...that DOESN'T MELT!!! Can you believe it?!?! So cool!

We all loved every minute of the trip and hope to make this a tradition!
Another Round of Xmas 2012 pics...coming soon.
